My 2017 Adventures

2017 was a pretty amazing year, packed full of adventures. I thought I would share a few of my favourite ones.

Pwllheli, Wales:

In July we spent a long weekend in North Wales exploring the various local towns and villages. We stayed at Hafan y More campsite in a 2 bedded apartment. This was the perfect location as there was so much around us. Our first stop was to Abersoch where we explored the village, had lunch at the local pub and walked along the beach.

We then spent time in Beddgelert another small village with a lot of history. The weather was beautiful, the sun was shining and the sky was blue just showing how beautiful Wales is.

On our last day in Wales before driving home that evening we decided to walk up Mount Snowdon. We chose to walk the Pyg track, a track I have never done before and throughly enjoyed it. The weather was not the best going up, but on our way down the sun came out to reveal beautiful views.

Delamere Forest:

In October we went for an autumnal walk around Delamere forest. The forest was alight with golden colour, the beach trees just looked amazing. Definitely needed to blow the cobwebs away.

New York:

The week before Christmas we went to New York! It was just so magical and Christmassy. We did everything touristy we could think of; Times Square, Empire State Building, Rockefeller, Yankee Stadium, Grand Central Station, Central Park and 9/11 Memorial. I won’t go on anymore as I am planning on doing a post just about New York and how best to plan your trip.

All in all 2017 was packed full of adventures with laughs and giggles as always along the way. I am excited to see what 2018 has in store for me.

I would love to hear what you think of my blog. You can also find me Instagram, Twitter and Pinterest.
